In addition to this solution there is a complete invoicing and payment module that can be purchased with the Core2 CRM solution or purchased separately to add on to any FileMaker® Pro database system. The Core2 Invoices is completely preprogrammed to be tightly integrated with QuickBooks® using our FM Books connector plug-in (purchase separately). This solution just like the Core2 CRM is 100% customizable so you can modify it to fit your specific business needs.

Correspondence History:

Calendar:
Specifically designed to handle individual and overlapped group calendars. You can display event data in traditional Day, Week and Month views, create individual or repeated events and link events to contact records.


Tasks:
Manage tasks for yourself or assign them to others. Prioritize tasks by number and color, view all tasks for each employee or view all tasks for each client for all employees.


Documents:
Have a centralized repository for your documents so anyone can see and access any documents associated with a respective contact.


Data Exchange:
Specifically designed to exchange data with either Microsoft Outlook® or Entourage®, QuickBooks® and Macintosh® Address Book. Although the Core2 CRM is preprogrammed to exchange data with these 3rd party applications you will need to purchase the plug-ins separately.
